Our online shopping facility uses a secure shopping cart payment system which offers the highest levels of encryption and security to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected. Your personal information and credit card details are safe and secure and will only be used for the ordering process. We do not store this information.
We reserve the right not to supply items if order details are suspicious or fraudulent.

Delivery

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail. For International Deliveries we use the International Signed for service.

Complaints Policy

In the unlikely event of a complaint, we would aim to settle matters quickly and fairly. If any complaint cannot be immediately resolved, we undertake to keep you regularly informed as to progress by email or telephone.

Cancellation

If, after placing, you wish to cancel your order you can do so at any time prior to it being despatched. If you do wish to cancel your order you will need to contact us as soon as possible via phone on +44 (0)1775 714900.

Unfortunately if your order has already been despatched before you contact us then you will be unable to cancel it and will have to return it for a refund.

When buying goods and services on the Internet, the consumer is entering a legally binding contract. As part of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, as well as a cooling off period, you may cancel an unwanted order by informing us of this in writing any time up to seven days from the day after the day of delivery. We ask only that you pay the return insured postage otherwise a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collection.

Please note : As rings are specially ordered to a customers individual size, these cannot be taken back. We ask you, therefore, to be particularly careful when giving your ring size. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

UK law is the applicable law in any dispute.
If you cancel your order you will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.

Promotions

Promotional codes are used occasionally to offer additional discount.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a promotion at any time without prior notice.
The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Only one promotional code can be used per order.
